We get it, things happen, please take a look at our return policies to see how we can help make you wag your tail with joy!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. This means no doggy slobber or spilt beer!

Dogs big and small love our designer parody plush toys, but please note that dog toys are not considered to be indestructible. Please responsibly monitor and remove any damaged toys. All plush toys are considered to be a final sale. In the unlikely event you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us right away for an exchange or replacement at topdog@thetipsymutt.com.

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported to The Tipsy Mutt within 2 days of receiving your order and will be promptly replaced or refunded.

EXCHANGES are only applicable to defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at topdog@thetipsymutt.com

CLEARANCE & SALE items are always considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, invoice # AND a picture of the item of the damaged/defective item.
