Shipping policy

We love getting things in the mail so we know how eager you are too!

Shipping times - We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days of ordering! However, weekends and holidays happen and our beloved postal workers will be off-the-clock then. I've tried bribing them with freshly made margaritas but they said something about drinking & driving don't mix. I have to agree. 

How do I know when my order is shipped? - You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking number and expected delivery date. This way, you & your pup will be ready to greet the delivery person!

Where do you ship? - We currently ONLY ship in the US. One day we'll ship to all dog-lovers across the globe!

Shipping rates - Will vary from order to order based on the items. FREE shipping on orders totaling $50 or more!
